The rows are lightly decorated with almonds after breakfast, and this is how to prepare them
To prepare the rows, white flour can be replaced with brown flour, as it is rich in fiber. The amount of sugar can be reduced for those who suffer from diabetes and cholesterol.
Ingredients
-White flour, a cup and a half
– Chicken flour, a cup and a half
– Baking powder, 2 teaspoons
– Yellow knots, 3 tablespoons
– Fine anise, 2 teaspoons
– Vegetable oil, half a cup
– Water, a cup and a half
– Sugar, a cup or less as desired
– Almonds for decoration
How to prepare
In a bowl, mix the flour with the chicken flour, baking powder, and yellow knots. Pour the oil and rub the ingredients with your hands. In a second bowl, dissolve the sugar with cold water and gradually add it to the flour mixture. An electric mixer is used to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Wipe a tray measuring 20 x 30 centimeters with oil and pour the mixture of rows into it. It is preferable to wet the spoon with a little water, to facilitate the spreading process. Decorate it with almonds.
Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for thirty minutes.
