Chicken with vegetables and sesame is a Chinese dish that is easy to prepare and has healthy ingredients

Sesame oil – 2 carrots – 1 zucchini – Onions 2 – Soybeans – Sesame seeds
Marinate the chicken in seven tablespoons of soy and one tablespoon of sesame oil for an hour. Peeling carrots, onions and garlic. Cut the zucchini into slices half a cm thick for each one, and the same applies to the carrots. Cut the pepper and onion into thin slices.
In a frying pan, heat sesame oil and sauté the peppers in it for several minutes, then add the carrots, zucchini, peas, onions, and garlic. When the vegetables are partially cooked, add the soy until it is cooked well. In the same pan, without cleaning it, place the chicken with the marinating sauce over medium heat and add the spices. After the chicken is cooked, add all the vegetables and stir well. Before serving, sprinkle sesame on the plate.
