Claude Montana, Roberto Cavalli and Iris Apfel passed away within 4 months

Since the beginning of 2024, the world of fashion and fashion design has lost three well-known designers: Claude Montana on February 23, Iris Palerel Apfel on March 1, and Roberto Cavalli on April 12, 2024.

Claude Montana, who died at the age of 77, was a French designer who founded The House of Montana in 1979, but went bankrupt in 1997. Montana’s designs were characterized by large shoulders, and like Paco Rabanne, he began his career with jewels. He loved leather and his sense of color was amazing.

Iris Apfel

an American businesswoman, fashion designer and interior designer, died at the age of 102. She cooperated with her husband, who worked in the textile field, and they signed a contract with the White House, where nine Republican presidents served, including Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton.
