With one easy step… this is how Saba Mubarak lost a lot of excess weight
Some time ago, Jordanian actress Saba Mubarak revealed a step she added to her daily routine in order to lose a lot of weight. She said in television statements on the “Her Excellency” program presented by actress Isaad Younis that she had adopted the intermittent fasting system. What is this system? Intermittent fasting is abstaining from eating for long hours, ranging from 18 to 20 hours a day. At the time when it is possible to eat, the focus is on foods including proteins and beneficial fats, and reducing the amount of carbohydrates.
Adherence to the diet can come in two ways:
– The 16/8 method: Eat only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The 14/10 method: Eat only between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The intermittent fasting method can be repeated several days a week, or for consecutive days.
