Escalope Milanese: Golden pieces of meat served with salad and pasta

Ingredients

6 people

-30g of parmesan cheese
-50g of crushed bread
-6 pieces of beef escalope
-50g of wheat flour
-3 eggs
-salt and spices
-30g of butter

How to prepare

1- Grate the parmesan cheese, mix it with the crushed bread, and place it in a plate.
2- Arrange the scallop pieces and place them between two sheets of paper.
3- Prepare a dish for scrambled eggs.
4- Sprinkle salt and spices on the meat pieces, then place them in a plate of flour so that they are coated on both sides. The same applies to the eggs and the mixture of ground bread and parmesan. Melt the butter in a large frying pan, then put the meat pieces on the fire until they acquire a golden color. Scallops can be served with pasta and salad.
