Hachis Parmentier is a nutritious vegetarian French dish

Ingredients

-800g of sweet potatoes
-400g of regular potatoes
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-2 tablespoons of almond milk
-1 teaspoon of nutmeg
-Salt and spices

 

Filling amounts

-200g of green lentils
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 onion
-laurel and rosemary
-2
carrots -garlic 3
-can dried tomatoes
-spinach
-salt and spices

 

How to prepare

Boil the lentils for 20 minutes with dried tomatoes. Peel and cut sweet potatoes and regular potatoes and boil them well. In a frying pan, put olive oil and fry the onions, garlic, herbs and carrots cut into small cubes. Add the tomatoes and lentils, stir the ingredients for twenty minutes, and add the spinach. Crush the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes and mix them with the ingredients.
Pour the lentils into a bowl, add the potatoes, and place them in the oven.
