Chicken souvlaki is a Greek dish scented with lemon and oregano

Ingredients

-500g of chicken breasts, cut into cubes about 2 cm.

-Half a cup of yogurt
-A quarter cup of olive oil
-2 garlic, chopped -1
lemon -1
tablespoon of dried oregano
-Salt and spices
-8 to 12 small wooden sticks after placing them in water for 20 minutes.

How to prepare

Place the ingredients with the chicken pieces in a freezer bag for 30 minutes. Then put 6 to 8 pieces of chicken in one rod. Place them on the barbecue over medium heat after brushing the surface with oil for 17 minutes and stirring them from time to time. If you want to use the oven, the temperature must be 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve the dish with bread.
