Najwa Karam and Walid Tawfiq in military clothes.. Here’s why
Activists circulated on the Internet an old video clip in which a number of prominent Lebanese artists appeared, at the beginning of their artistic career.
The video clip featured artists Walid Tawfiq, Najwa Karam, Ghassan Saliba and Rabih Al-Khouly, and they sang together the song “Return to Life, Return to Lebanon” alongside the late composer Zaki Nassif.
The four artists wore the military uniform of the Lebanese Army, and the audience interacted with them and performed the song with them amid a national scene.
Social media users interacted with the video and commented on it, expressing their admiration for this wonderful national scene, and wishing Lebanon goodness and peace.
